By using MAKARIOS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MAKARIOS is a Christian discipleship app that provides biblical content including video lessons, prayers, Bible trivia, testimonies, pastoral commentaries, daily verses, and a personal journal. The app is designed to help believers grow in their faith through structured learning and daily engagement.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may also use the app as a guest with limited functionality.
Free Content: MAKARIOS offers certain content for free to all users.
MAKARIOS Pro: Premium content and features are available through a paid subscription. Subscription options include:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
Trial Period: If offered, a trial period allows full access to premium features. You will be charged upon trial expiration unless you cancel beforehand.
All content in MAKARIOS — including but not limited to video lessons, prayers, commentaries, trivia questions, and written materials — is owned by MAKARIOS or its content contributors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from app content without written permission.
Scripture quotations are from the New King James Version and are used in accordance with applicable permissions.

Journal entries you create are stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or share your journal entries. You are responsible for backing up your own device data.
MAKARIOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The content in MAKARIOS is intended for personal spiritual growth and education. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAKARIOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
